Flu A Sequencing Service Add-on for Wastewater

This testing service covers Influenza A NGS testing that includes sequencing preparation, NGS H1 H3 Flu A Sequencing for segments H and N, data analysis, and consolidated report. ​

This add-on testing can be applied to any sample received by our laboratory that has already been quantified using our digital PCR (dPCR) testing service for the presence of Influenza A. This stands as a quality check to ensure sequencing is not performed and charges are not billed for a sample that does not contain influenza A. This offering can be packaged together as an add-on to our dPCR testing service (Cat# 200450) that includes sample collection kit, prepaid overnight return shipping to our laboratory for processing, extraction, dPCR quantification of Influenza A, and dPCR reporting.
